These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Shipflash, including its website, accounts, product materials, source-code access, documentation, builder programs, and related services.
Terms of Service
Explain permitted use of the site and services.
Shipflash is operated by Ryan Almasu (“Shipflash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing Shipflash, accessing the repository, or using related services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account and billing information.
- Protecting your login credentials and connected accounts.
- Maintaining the security of your email and GitHub accounts.
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access.
- All activity conducted through your account.
We may require identity, purchase, billing, or repository-account verification before providing access.
What Shipflash Provides
Shipflash provides a SaaS foundation codebase, documentation, product materials, and related access for builders creating their own software products.
Shipflash includes modules and surfaces for marketing, authentication, dashboards, content, billing, communications, team management, analytics, administration, documentation, contact, waitlist, customer management, and legal pages.
Shipflash is a development foundation. It is not a completed product customized for your specific business.
Commercial License
Use of the Shipflash source code is governed by the Shipflash Commercial License delivered with the Software and any separately signed agreement.
The Commercial License is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If these Terms conflict with the Commercial License regarding source-code ownership, permitted use, redistribution, confidentiality, or termination, the Commercial License controls unless a separately signed agreement states otherwise.
License and Repository Access
Subject to payment and compliance with the applicable agreements, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use, copy, modify, and deploy Shipflash for your own business operations and permitted end products.
You may use Shipflash to build finished applications, websites, SaaS products, internal tools, or client projects as permitted by the Commercial License.
Unless separately agreed in writing, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, lease, share, or redistribute Shipflash as source code.
- Publish the original Shipflash repository or source code.
- Create a competing starter kit, template, boilerplate, framework, or foundation from Shipflash.
- Transfer repository access or your license to another person or entity.
- Remove required copyright, license, proprietary, or attribution notices.
- Give clients or third parties a reusable copy of the underlying Shipflash foundation.
You are responsible for keeping repository access and private source code secure.
Lifetime Access
Shipflash Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the Shipflash version delivered at purchase, its documentation, and eligible read-only GitHub repository access without a recurring Shipflash license fee.
“Lifetime” refers to access under the applicable purchase terms and Commercial License. It does not mean:
- Lifetime custom development.
- Unlimited or perpetual support.
- Guaranteed maintenance or updates.
- Guaranteed compatibility with future dependency versions.
- Guaranteed continued availability of third-party services.
- Guaranteed operation of every feature without additional configuration.
Updates or support are included only when expressly stated in the purchase offer or a separate written agreement.
Your Product and Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Customizing Shipflash for your product.
- Configuring providers, domains, environment variables, billing, email, analytics, storage, and deployment.
- Testing your product before launch.
- Reviewing authentication, permissions, row-level security, billing, webhooks, uploads, and administrative access.
- Complying with laws, platform rules, taxes, consumer obligations, and privacy requirements.
- Creating appropriate terms, privacy notices, refund policies, and customer disclosures for your product.
- Securing your application, accounts, keys, repositories, and infrastructure.
- Maintaining and monitoring your deployed application.
- Reviewing dependency and provider updates before applying them.
Your use of Shipflash does not transfer responsibility for your product or its operation to us.
Customer Content and Public Submissions
You retain ownership of content, product information, branding, data, and modifications you create.
You grant Shipflash a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display content you submit as needed to operate the service, provide support, deliver requested features, or publish information you have designated as public.
You represent that:
- You have the right to submit the content.
- The content does not violate law or third-party rights.
- Public product, profile, revenue, and promotional information is accurate.
- Submitted links and materials do not contain malware or harmful content.
We may review, reject, hide, remove, or moderate submissions that violate these Terms or create legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.
Payments
Purchases may be processed through Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or another disclosed provider.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with the provider’s applicable terms.
Prices, discounts, promotions, currencies, taxes, and included benefits may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter a completed purchase except where required by law or expressly agreed.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, and similar charges unless the payment provider or applicable law requires us to collect them.
Refunds and Disputes
Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy or purchase terms presented at checkout and applicable law.
The existence of technical refund functionality does not create an automatic right to a refund.
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, contact us at support@mail.shipflash.dev so we can review the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Checkout Information and Product Delivery
Some Shipflash purchases may require you to provide a GitHub username, account handle, email address, or other delivery identifier during checkout so we can deliver repository access, product access, license access, invitations, or related digital materials.
You are responsible for making sure all checkout information is accurate before completing your purchase. This includes confirming that the GitHub username, account handle, email address, or delivery identifier belongs to the account where you want Shipflash access delivered.
If you provide incorrect, incomplete, misspelled, inaccessible, or unauthorized delivery information, product delivery may be delayed, rejected, or sent to the wrong account. Shipflash is not responsible for failed, delayed, or incorrect delivery caused by customer-provided checkout information.
Once product access, repository access, license access, download access, invitation, or other digital delivery has been issued based on the checkout information you provided, the order is considered fulfilled.
We do not provide refunds for orders fulfilled to an incorrect username, account, email address, or delivery identifier caused by customer error.
If you notice an error before delivery is completed, you should contact us as soon as possible at support@mail.shipflash.dev. We may attempt to update the delivery information before fulfillment, but we are not required to do so and changes are not guaranteed after delivery has started.
This policy does not limit any refund rights required by applicable law, payment-provider rules, duplicate-charge handling, or cases where the issue was caused by a confirmed Shipflash delivery error.
Product Updates
Shipflash may release fixes, improvements, documentation changes, new modules, provider changes, or removals.
Unless expressly included in your purchase offer or a separate written agreement, we are not required to provide updates, maintain every old version, preserve every feature, or support every future dependency or provider version.
You are responsible for reviewing updates and deciding whether and how to merge them into your product.
Third-Party Services and Software
Shipflash may integrate with Supabase, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Resend, GitHub, Vercel, Google Analytics, Cloudflare, and other third-party services.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party:
- Pricing or fees.
- Downtime or data loss.
- API or product changes.
- Account restrictions or termination.
- Security practices or data handling.
- Terms, policies, or regional availability.
Shipflash also depends on third-party open-source and commercial packages. Those packages remain governed by their respective licenses. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable third-party obligations.
Support
Support is provided only to the extent described in your purchase offer or a separate agreement.
Support may include documentation, product guidance, and clarification about Shipflash. Unless separately agreed, support does not include:
- Building your complete product.
- Custom development.
- Operating your infrastructure.
- Debugging unrelated modifications or third-party changes.
- Legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice.
- Guaranteed response times or launch outcomes.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Shipflash to:
- Violate laws, regulations, or platform rules.
- Violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
- Distribute malware, spam, phishing, scams, or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Circumvent authentication, billing, permissions, or security controls.
- Abuse support, automated endpoints, or third-party providers.
- Misrepresent revenue, purchase status, identity, or reward eligibility.
- Resell or redistribute Shipflash as a competing source-code product.
- Publicly expose Shipflash source code contrary to the Commercial License.
Builder Programs and Rewards
Shipflash may offer optional builder programs, public directories, leaderboards, badges, verification programs, or rewards.
The $100 Club may allow verified Shipflash customers who meet the applicable verified USD recurring-revenue milestone to qualify for a one-time Claude Pro reward.
Eligibility may require:
- A verified eligible Shipflash purchase.
- Accurate product and account information.
- A supported live revenue-provider connection or manual verification.
- Meeting the stated revenue milestone in an eligible currency.
- Compliance with these Terms and applicable promotional rules.
Rewards are promotional, may be limited by availability, may require manual review, and may change or end for future qualifications. Fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate claims, chargebacks, or misuse may result in disqualification.
Participation does not guarantee publication, promotion, verification, or a reward.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.
By using Shipflash, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in that policy and by applicable third-party providers.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when you:
- Violate these Terms or the Commercial License.
- Fail to pay applicable fees.
- Misuse or redistribute the source code.
- Create legal, security, fraud, or operational risk.
- Abuse support, promotional programs, or connected providers.
The Commercial License terminates automatically upon breach as described in that license. Upon termination, you must stop using Shipflash and delete copies where required by the Commercial License.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that are intended to survive, including ownership, restrictions, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limitations, and payment obligations.
No Warranties
Shipflash is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that Shipflash will:
- Meet every requirement.
- Be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
- Work with every provider or deployment.
- Remain compatible with future software versions.
- Produce revenue, customers, or business results.
- Make your product legally compliant or production-ready.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shipflash and Ryan Almasu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, business interruption, failed launches, or provider access arising from Shipflash or these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be handled by the competent courts in Indonesia.
General Terms
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
These Terms, the Commercial License, the Privacy Policy, the purchase offer, and any separately signed agreement form the applicable agreement between you and Shipflash.
