Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Shipflash, including the Shipflash website, customer accounts, source-code access, documentation, product materials, repository access, and related services.

Shipflash is operated by Ryan Almasu (“Shipflash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) from Indonesia.

By creating an account, purchasing Shipflash, accessing Shipflash source code or documentation, accepting repository access, or otherwise using Shipflash, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or use Shipflash.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Shipflash, including its original source code, architecture, documentation, website content, branding, designs, examples, configuration, migrations, scripts, and other original product materials, remains owned by Ryan Almasu or the applicable third-party rights holders.

Purchasing Shipflash does not transfer ownership of Shipflash or its underlying intellectual property.

You receive only the rights expressly granted by these Terms, the Shipflash Commercial License, the applicable purchase offer, and any separately signed agreement.

Third-party software, libraries, trademarks, platforms, and services remain owned by their respective rights holders and are governed by their applicable licenses and terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for providing accurate account and billing information, protecting your login credentials and connected accounts, maintaining access to the email and GitHub accounts associated with your purchase, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your Shipflash account.

We may require reasonable purchase, billing, account, or ownership verification when necessary to provide access, investigate a delivery problem, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms.

What Shipflash Provides

Shipflash provides a SaaS foundation codebase, documentation, examples, configuration, and related product materials for builders creating their own software products.

Shipflash includes development patterns and modules relating to areas such as authentication, billing, dashboards, content, communications, analytics, administration, customer management, operational tooling, and other product infrastructure.

Shipflash is a development foundation. It is not a completed product customized, configured, reviewed, deployed, maintained, or operated for your specific business.

Features included in the source code may require additional configuration, third-party accounts, credentials, provider setup, testing, customization, or ongoing maintenance before they are suitable for your product.

Commercial License

Use of the Shipflash source code is governed by the Shipflash Commercial License delivered with the Software.

The Commercial License is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If these Terms conflict with the Commercial License regarding source-code ownership, permitted use, redistribution, confidentiality, license restrictions, or termination, the Commercial License controls for that subject unless a separately signed agreement expressly states otherwise.

License and Repository Access

Subject to completed payment and continued compliance with these Terms and the Commercial License, you receive the license rights described in the Commercial License to use, copy, modify, and deploy Shipflash for permitted End Products.

Repository access is a method of delivering the Software and, where available, providing eligible updates. Repository access does not transfer ownership of Shipflash and does not grant rights beyond those provided by the Commercial License.

Access may be suspended or terminated where permitted by these Terms or the Commercial License, including for a material breach, unauthorized sharing or redistribution, fraud, a payment reversal or chargeback, misuse, a legal obligation, or circumstances creating a material security or legal risk.

Shipflash Lifetime

Where a purchase is sold as “Shipflash Lifetime” or another lifetime-access offer, “lifetime” refers to the duration of the applicable Shipflash software license rather than a guaranteed duration of any individual third-party service or business operation.

The applicable license does not expire solely because a recurring subscription period ends and does not require a recurring Shipflash license fee unless the purchase offer expressly states otherwise.

Lifetime access remains subject to these Terms, the Commercial License, the purchase offer, and applicable termination rights.

Unless expressly promised in the applicable purchase offer or a separate written agreement, lifetime access does not guarantee lifetime custom development, perpetual support, every future feature, compatibility with every future dependency, preservation of every historical version, or indefinite operation of Shipflash's website, GitHub, Dodo Payments, or another third-party platform.

Checkout and Payments

Shipflash purchases may be processed through a third-party payment or merchant-of-record provider identified during checkout. Shipflash currently uses Dodo Payments for the Shipflash Lifetime checkout flow.

Where a payment provider acts as the merchant or seller of record for a transaction, its applicable buyer terms, refund rules, payment terms, tax treatment, and privacy practices may also govern the payment transaction.

Shipflash does not directly store complete payment-card details. Payment credentials and payment-method information are handled by the applicable payment provider.

We may receive transaction information needed to verify purchases, associate purchases with accounts, maintain entitlements, provide customer support, reconcile billing activity, and enforce our agreements.

Prices, currencies, discounts, promotional codes, and purchase terms shown before checkout apply to the applicable transaction. Prices and offers may change for future purchases without altering a completed purchase except where required by law or otherwise expressly agreed.

GitHub Repository Delivery

Repository access for eligible Shipflash purchases may be delivered using a third-party entitlement system together with GitHub.

For the current Shipflash Lifetime delivery flow, GitHub repository access is configured through Dodo Payments.

Where this flow is used, you may be required to link or authorize your GitHub account through the provider's GitHub integration and accept a GitHub repository invitation. Dodo Payments and GitHub may manage the account-linking, invitation, acceptance, entitlement-status, and revocation process through their respective systems.

Shipflash's application does not independently require a GitHub username in its Dodo checkout flow or independently send the GitHub collaborator invitation for purchases fulfilled through this provider-managed integration.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email and GitHub accounts used during the purchase and entitlement process and for completing any authorization or invitation-acceptance steps required by the applicable providers.

A failure or delay caused by GitHub, Dodo Payments, an OAuth authorization issue, account restrictions, provider downtime, incorrect information supplied to a provider, or another third-party condition may delay repository availability.

If you experience a legitimate delivery problem, contact us at support@mail.shipflash.dev so we can review the purchase and available provider information.

Shipflash Account Access After Purchase

A Shipflash purchase may be completed without first having a Shipflash account.

Where supported, we may use the verified purchase email received from the payment provider to create, link, or help you access a Shipflash customer account.

This may include sending an authentication invitation, magic link, or other passwordless sign-in communication to the purchase email.

Shipflash account access is separate from GitHub repository entitlement delivery.

A payment-success browser redirect by itself does not establish payment, entitlement, or repository-delivery status. We may rely on verified provider events, webhooks, or other provider records to determine purchase status.

Refunds, Reversals, and Disputes

Refund eligibility is determined by the purchase terms presented at checkout, the applicable payment provider's terms and policies, and applicable law.

The presence of technical refund functionality does not by itself create an unconditional right to a refund.

If you believe a purchase, charge, or product-delivery issue has occurred, contact us at support@mail.shipflash.dev so the issue can be reviewed.

Refunds, payment reversals, chargebacks, or provider-initiated entitlement revocations may result in suspension or removal of repository or product access where permitted by the applicable agreements and law.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right, warranty, remedy, or refund right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

Your Product and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the final product you build using Shipflash.

This includes customizing Shipflash for your business, configuring providers and credentials, protecting secrets, testing your application, reviewing authentication and permissions, validating billing and webhook behavior, reviewing database access and row-level security, configuring email and storage, testing administrative workflows, maintaining dependencies, monitoring production infrastructure, maintaining backups where appropriate, and responding to operational or security incidents.

You are also responsible for determining and satisfying the legal, tax, privacy, licensing, accessibility, consumer-protection, regulatory, and platform requirements applicable to your own product.

You must create and maintain appropriate terms, privacy notices, refund policies, customer disclosures, and other documentation for your own business where required.

Shipflash does not review, approve, certify, deploy, supervise, or operate your final product unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

Content You Submit to Shipflash

You retain ownership of information, content, branding, feedback, messages, and other materials you create and submit to Shipflash.

You grant us a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and use submitted information only as reasonably necessary to operate Shipflash, respond to your request, provide customer support, maintain your account, perform requested functionality, protect the service, or exercise our contractual and legal rights.

You represent that you have the right to submit the material and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

We may reject or remove material that violates these Terms or creates a material legal, security, fraud, or operational risk.

Product Updates

Shipflash may release corrections, documentation changes, dependency updates, improvements, new modules, provider changes, deprecations, or removals.

Unless expressly included in your purchase offer or a separate written agreement, we are not required to provide any specific future feature, preserve every existing feature, maintain every previous version, or maintain compatibility with every future dependency, browser, runtime, hosting platform, or third-party provider.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether and how to incorporate an update into your own product.

Third-Party Services and Software

Shipflash depends on and may interact with third-party services.

Shipflash's own operations may use services such as Dodo Payments, GitHub, Supabase, Resend, hosting providers, analytics providers, and security or bot-protection providers.

The Shipflash codebase may also contain integrations, configuration, examples, or support for other providers such as Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, and other software platforms.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, pricing, restrictions, and technical requirements.

We do not control and cannot guarantee third-party uptime, account approval, API behavior, pricing, fees, geographic availability, tax treatment, security practices, data handling, compatibility, continued functionality, or future availability.

Third-party open-source and commercial packages are governed by their respective licenses. You are responsible for reviewing applicable third-party license obligations for your End Product.

Support

Support is provided only to the extent described in the applicable purchase offer or a separate written agreement.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, support does not include custom development, building your entire product, operating your infrastructure, maintaining your deployment, debugging unrelated modifications, providing legal or tax advice, or guaranteeing a particular response time or business outcome.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Shipflash to violate applicable law or third-party rights; distribute malware, phishing, scams, or intentionally harmful content; gain unauthorized access to systems or data; circumvent authentication, billing, license, or security controls; abuse Shipflash or connected providers; or resell, sublicense, publish, share, or redistribute Shipflash source code contrary to the Commercial License.

You may not offer Shipflash itself, or a substantially derived reusable version of it, as a competing boilerplate, starter kit, template, framework, or source-code product where prohibited by the Commercial License.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed in connection with Shipflash.

Third-party providers involved in checkout, authentication, repository delivery, hosting, analytics, communications, or other services may separately process information under their own privacy policies and legal responsibilities.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by these Terms or the Commercial License, including for material breach, non-payment, payment reversal, unauthorized redistribution, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal obligation.

Termination does not eliminate obligations intended to survive termination, including intellectual-property ownership, license restrictions, confidentiality obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, and payment obligations.

The effect of termination on copies of the Software is governed by the Commercial License.

No Warranties

Shipflash is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Shipflash will satisfy every requirement, remain uninterrupted or error-free, be free from every vulnerability, remain compatible with every provider or software version, make your resulting product legally compliant or production-ready, or produce revenue, customers, product-market fit, funding, or another business result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shipflash and Ryan Almasu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to Shipflash, the Software, repository access, third-party providers, or these Terms.

This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, provider access, or business interruption to the extent such liability may lawfully be limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Shipflash and Ryan Almasu arising from or relating to a particular Shipflash purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability, rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Shipflash, its providers, applicable law, security practices, or business operations.

The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

A change to these Terms will not retroactively remove a license right expressly included in a completed purchase except where required by law, necessary to address fraud or security risk, already permitted by the applicable agreements, or separately agreed with you.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be handled by the competent courts in Indonesia.

General

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

These Terms, the Commercial License, the Privacy Policy, the applicable purchase offer, and any separately signed agreement form the applicable agreement governing your use and purchase of Shipflash.
