Shipflash is built around a single-workspace SaaS model rather than being an empty generic template.

Shipflash is a SaaS foundation. It provides product structure, reusable modules, operational workflows, and an implementation base from which you can build your own product.

You must still customize the branding, pricing, copy, providers, product-specific features, security settings, and launch configuration for your business.

What stack does Shipflash use?

Shipflash uses Next.js App Router, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI primitives, Supabase, Stripe or Lemon Squeezy, Resend, Vitest, Playwright, ESLint, TypeScript checks, and repository-level structural quality checks.
Stripe and Lemon Squeezy are alternative billing providers. Shipflash runs one active billing provider at a time.

Does Shipflash include billing?

Yes. Shipflash supports one active billing provider at a time: Stripe or Lemon Squeezy.
Both integrations support hosted checkout, customer portals, subscriptions, one-time purchases, usage-based billing, prepaid credit packs, dashboard refunds, manual customer sync, invoice export, verified webhooks, and normalized local billing records and analytics.
Provider behavior differs where their APIs differ. Stripe includes charge and dispute tracking, while Lemon Squeezy projects orders, subscription invoices, refunds, and usage into Shipflash but does not currently support dispute tracking.
Before launch, configure your selected provider and test checkout, portal access, cancellations, refunds, usage reporting, credit grants, and webhook delivery in its test environment.

What happens if I enter the wrong username during checkout?

Accepted Answer

Please make sure your username is correct before completing checkout. Shipflash product access is delivered based on the username you provide at checkout.

If you enter the wrong username, delivery may be sent to the wrong account or delayed while we review the issue. Once access has been delivered, orders are final and we do not provide refunds for mistakes caused by an incorrect username.

Before purchasing, please double-check:

The username is spelled correctly.
The username belongs to the account you want to use.
You have access to that account.
There are no missing characters, extra spaces, or typos.

If you notice a mistake before access is delivered, contact us as soon as possible. We may help update the username before fulfillment, but changes are not guaranteed after delivery has started.

Is Shipflash lifetime access?

Shipflash Lifetime is a one-time purchase that includes the Shipflash version delivered at purchase, its documentation, and read-only GitHub repository access without a recurring Shipflash license fee.

Access remains subject to the Commercial License and Terms of Service. Updates, support, maintenance, and continued third-party compatibility are not guaranteed unless expressly included in your purchase offer or a separate written agreement.

How is the product delivered?

After an eligible purchase, Shipflash can use its product-delivery flow to grant read-only pull access to the private GitHub repository.

Delivery requires a valid GitHub username and properly configured GitHub delivery infrastructure. Repository access remains subject to the Commercial License and Terms of Service.

Do I need to know advanced engineering to use it?

You should be comfortable working with a modern TypeScript and Next.js codebase.

Shipflash provides structure, documentation, and working modules, but you remain responsible for customizing, deploying, testing, securing, and operating your product.

Can I remove modules I do not need?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shipflash is organized into product modules and includes module-removal guidance.

When a module is not needed, the recommended first step is to hide its navigation and entry points. Permanent removal may require deleting or updating routes, feature code, database tables, provider integrations, environment variables, scheduled jobs, tests, and documentation.

Is Shipflash production-ready?

Shipflash is designed as a production-oriented foundation with implemented authentication, billing, administration, documentation, testing, security boundaries, and launch guidance.

This does not mean that your final SaaS product is automatically production-ready. Before launch, you must configure providers, run quality and build checks, test authentication and billing, verify webhook delivery, review permissions and security settings, and customize the product for your business.

Can Shipflash guarantee my startup will make money?

Accepted Answer

No. Shipflash can reduce setup work and provide a stronger technical starting point, but results depend on your product, market, customers, positioning, pricing, execution, support, and operations.

Shipflash does not guarantee revenue, customers, funding, product-market fit, or any other business outcome.
