Shipflash provides a production-oriented SaaS codebase foundation, documentation, examples, configuration, and related product materials for builders creating their own software products.

Shipflash is a development foundation. It is not a completed product customized, configured, reviewed, certified, deployed, maintained, or operated for your particular business.

By purchasing, accessing, or using Shipflash, you acknowledge that Shipflash does not guarantee that your customized and deployed product will be legally compliant, secure, production-ready, profitable, error-free, uninterrupted, or operationally successful.

Shipflash also does not guarantee revenue, customers, product-market fit, funding, launch timing, or any other specific technical, commercial, or business result.

This Disclaimer supplements the Shipflash Terms of Service and Commercial License. If this Disclaimer conflicts with the Terms of Service or Commercial License, the applicable Terms of Service or Commercial License controls as provided by those documents and according to the subject of the conflict.

No Business Guarantee

Shipflash may reduce development setup work and provide a more complete technical starting point.

Your results depend on your product, market, customers, positioning, pricing, implementation, modifications, providers, execution, support, maintenance, operations, and other circumstances outside Shipflash's control.

We do not guarantee that you will launch within a particular timeframe, earn revenue, acquire customers, achieve product-market fit, raise funding, reduce development costs by a specific amount, or reach any particular business, technical, growth, or operational milestone.

Testimonials, examples, demonstrations, case studies, comparisons, and promotional materials describe individual experiences, product capabilities, or illustrative scenarios. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

No Professional Advice

Shipflash content, documentation, examples, templates, recommendations, and communications are provided for general informational and software-development purposes.

They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, regulatory-compliance, penetration-testing, or professional security-audit advice.

You should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals when your product, customers, jurisdiction, industry, data, or business model requires it.

You are responsible for reviewing your own product's terms, privacy practices, payment configuration, taxes, refunds, data handling, licenses, security obligations, consumer obligations, and regulatory requirements.

Your Product Is Your Responsibility

Shipflash provides a starting foundation, but you remain responsible for your final product and for how it is customized, configured, tested, deployed, marketed, maintained, secured, and operated.

This includes responsibility for configuring providers, domains, environment variables, secrets, and credentials; testing authentication, billing, email, webhooks, storage, uploads, analytics, scheduled jobs, and administrative workflows; reviewing database permissions and row-level security; performing appropriate quality, accessibility, performance, and security testing; monitoring production infrastructure and logs; maintaining dependencies; and responding to incidents.

You are also responsible for complying with applicable laws, licenses, platform rules, privacy obligations, consumer requirements, and contractual obligations and for creating appropriate legal notices and customer disclosures for your own product.

Shipflash does not review, approve, certify, deploy, supervise, or operate your final application unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

Security Disclaimer

Shipflash includes security-oriented architecture, boundaries, controls, examples, and testing practices, but no codebase can guarantee security.

Security depends on your deployment, configuration, providers, credentials, modifications, dependencies, infrastructure, operational practices, monitoring, incident response, and ongoing maintenance.

You are responsible for conducting security review and testing appropriate to your product before handling production users, payments, credentials, confidential information, or personal data.

The inclusion of a security control, test, database policy, permission boundary, webhook validation mechanism, rate limiter, security header, example, or recommended practice does not constitute a security certification, penetration test, regulatory approval, or guarantee that every vulnerability has been identified.

References to Shipflash as “production-oriented,” “production-grade,” or similar terminology describe the intended engineering approach and scope of the foundation. They do not guarantee that your customized application is automatically suitable for production without appropriate configuration, testing, review, and operational controls.

Third-Party Checkout and Repository Delivery

Shipflash may rely on third-party providers for its own checkout, customer authentication, communications, hosting, and product delivery.

The current Shipflash Lifetime purchase flow uses Dodo Payments for checkout and configured GitHub repository entitlement delivery.

Where repository access is delivered using a provider-managed GitHub integration, the applicable provider and GitHub may control account authorization, OAuth linking, repository invitations, acceptance status, entitlement status, and revocation.

Shipflash does not control those third-party systems and does not guarantee their availability, approval processes, account status, delivery timing, or continued functionality.

A successful payment does not guarantee uninterrupted future access to every third-party platform. Repository and product access remain subject to the Shipflash Terms of Service, Commercial License, applicable purchase terms, and the availability and rules of relevant providers.

Third-Party Integrations Included in the Codebase

The Shipflash codebase may contain integrations, configuration, examples, or support for third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Dodo Payments, Resend, GitHub, analytics providers, hosting providers, security services, or other software platforms.

The existence of an integration in the Shipflash codebase does not mean that Shipflash uses that provider for its own business operations or that the provider has approved, endorsed, certified, or partnered with Shipflash.

You are responsible for determining which providers you enable in your own product and for complying with their terms, policies, technical requirements, geographic restrictions, and pricing.

Third-Party Service Risk

We do not control third-party providers and are not responsible for their downtime, outages, data loss, price or fee changes, taxes, exchange rates, account reviews, restrictions, suspensions, termination decisions, API changes, webhook behavior, security practices, data handling, deprecations, discontinued functionality, geographic availability, or changes to their terms and policies.

An integration that works when Shipflash is delivered may require changes in the future because of an independent provider update.

References to or integrations with third-party services do not constitute a guarantee of availability, continued compatibility, endorsement, certification, or partnership.

Third-Party Software

Shipflash uses or depends on third-party open-source and commercial software.

Third-party software is governed by its own licenses and terms and may change independently from Shipflash.

You are responsible for reviewing applicable licenses, notices, updates, vulnerabilities, and compatibility requirements relevant to your product.

Shipflash does not guarantee that a particular dependency will remain available, secure, maintained, correctly licensed for every possible use case, or compatible with future versions of other software.

Code, Documentation, and Product Changes

Shipflash may change over time.

Features, modules, documentation, dependencies, implementation details, provider support, examples, recommendations, and architecture may be corrected, updated, replaced, deprecated, or removed.

Unless expressly included in your purchase offer or a separate written agreement, Shipflash does not guarantee future updates, maintenance, support, new features, or compatibility with every future dependency, provider, browser, runtime, database, or deployment platform.

You are responsible for reviewing changes, testing them, and deciding whether and how to incorporate them into your own product.

Historical code, database migrations, examples, documentation, or references may remain in a repository for compatibility, migration history, auditing, or development reasons even after a customer-facing Shipflash feature has been discontinued. Their presence does not necessarily mean that the feature remains an active Shipflash service.

Availability and Errors

Shipflash is provided subject to the Terms of Service and Commercial License.

We do not guarantee that the Shipflash website, customer account, repository, documentation, source code, checkout flow, delivery system, or related services will always be available, uninterrupted, complete, current, accurate, secure, compatible, or error-free.

We may correct errors, replace documentation, change implementation details, restrict access, suspend affected functionality, or change availability where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, provider changes, or business operations.

No Automatic Compliance or Certification

The presence of legal-page templates, privacy controls, security features, authentication controls, payment integrations, accessibility patterns, analytics controls, database policies, or other technical functionality does not make your final product automatically compliant with any law, regulation, security framework, accessibility standard, payment requirement, or industry certification.

Legal and regulatory requirements differ according to jurisdiction, customers, industry, data processed, business model, and deployment.

You are responsible for determining which requirements apply to your product.

Applicable Legal Rights

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies a warranty, consumer right, remedy, obligation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

The disclaimers and limitations in this document apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
