July 22, 2026
Shipflash 1.0 marks the first public release of the complete SaaS foundation.
This release brings together the essential product systems needed to move from an idea to a maintainable, production-ready application without rebuilding the same infrastructure from scratch.
Shipflash 1.0 includes secure authentication, account management, role-based access control, customer administration, billing infrastructure, transactional email, content management, application settings, analytics foundations, and operational tooling.
The billing architecture supports recurring subscriptions, one-time purchases, usage-based billing, hybrid pricing, and prepaid credits. Provider integrations are separated from internal entitlements, helping applications remain consistent as billing requirements evolve.
The release also includes production-focused safeguards such as database access policies, webhook verification and idempotency, retryable background operations, structured logging, request tracing, rate limiting, security headers, and fail-closed configuration.
For teams working with AI coding tools, the codebase is organized around clear domain boundaries, typed contracts, reusable components, and documented workflows. This makes the application easier for both developers and AI assistants to understand, extend, and maintain.
Shipflash 1.0 also ships with automated testing, continuous integration checks, deployment guidance, environment validation, and a structured developer quickstart.
There is no migration required for this release. New customers can begin with the documentation and configure the foundation around their product, brand, billing model, and deployment environment.
